DOMESTIC MOVING

  • Preliminary packing at residence, packing of all personal effects, fragile items, clothing, books, linen, inside cardboard boxes.

  • Certified and  customer service oriented packers.

  • Packing of electrical appliances, crating if needed for paintings, sculptures and fragile decorations items, the rest of the furniture is pad wrapped.

  • Formulation of the corresponding packing inventory, detailed with the description of all cartons and packages.

  • Loading directly at residence, once truck/trailer is loaded we seal the doors with ISO PAS seals, that are numbered and will be noted on the inventories.

  • If needed, long carry or shuttle service in small van from residence to trailer will be done.

  • Door to door Transportation from Origin city to destination city.

  • Communication at all time with the coordinators that will provide all information and status of the move.

  • Delivery at new residence, seals will be opened with the client, loading will be done checking with the packing inventories, and should be signed.

  • Unpacking, unwrapping, placement of goods and removal of packing debris on day of delivery

  • In case of third-party assistance is needed such as plumber, electrician, special technicians for pool tables, pianos or Grandfather clocks, we can subcontract them.

  • Customs clearance in border cities like Tijuana or Mexicali, shipments coming out of this cities will required Customs Broker assistance, rate will be send for authorization. We will provide list of documents required for Customs.

TRANSPORTATION AND DISTRIBUTION

  • Logistic assistance: Transcontainer will assign a personal representative that will provide  you with the support for your entire Transportation & Distribution process: National and  International.

  • Warehousing: Temporary or long term storage, dedicated racks, classification, stock list and purchase order verification, in/out reports, conditions reports, inventories management  and delivery report. Tracking via internet (TRANS2K System).

  • Pickup/Delivery: Local and domestic distribution from one item to a full truck load.

  • Delivery quality reports according to your specific requirements. Specialized crew to complete on site delivery if required, specialized equipment such as dollies, pallet jack, roll a lift and ramps, as well as hoisting and crane service.
